Spartans set to face tough road test on 104.1 WRLU

Two of the top teams in the North Eastern Conference will face off on Friday night. The Luxemburg-Casco Spartans will travel to Wrightstown to face the Tigers on 104.1 WRLU.

Luxemburg Casco is coming off a dominant win last week, when it took down Denmark 27-6. The Spartans relied heavily on the ground game, as Brayden Loritz found the end zone three times, part of a 93-yard performance. His backfield mate, Cam Dorner, also popped off for 100 yards in the win.

According to the Bound WI coaches poll, Wrightstown comes into the game as the 8th-ranked team in Division 4.  The Tigers have gotten off to a 3-0 start, including a 35-0 win over NEC foe Sheboygan Falls last week.  Brody Wilson ran back for 105 yards and three scores, part of a 231-yard effort by the Tigers.
