Luxemburg Casco returns home Friday night, where the Spartans host the Denmark Vikings, and it’ll be heard on 104.1 WRLU.
The Spartans will open North Eastern Conference action with a 2-0 record after routing Xavier last Friday to wrap up the nonconference slate. Cam Dorner and Brayden Loritz each found the endzone twice in the 35-7 win, as Luxemburg Casco put up nearly 400 yards of total offense. The defense will be looking to repeat their performance from each of the first two games, where it allowed just a single touchdown in each contest.
Across the sideline will be the Denmark Vikings. Denmark comes in with a 1-1 record, having beaten Shawano in Week 1, but coming up short against Fox Valley Lutheran last week, 35-0. Jayden Binsfield leads the aerial attack, throwing for 275 yards and 2 touchdowns through the first couple games. On the ground, Steven Kielpikowski has racked up 185 yards and a pair of scores as well.
Eric Fischer and Ramsay Thompson will have the call, with the pregame show hitting the air at 6:45, and kickoff at 7pm.
