Luxemburg-Casco could not slow down Ripon on the soccer pitch on Thursday, falling 6-0 in their season opener.

 

Ripon did most of their work in the opening half with three goals, three of which came off the foot of Carson Kaiser. It could have been worse as Spartans keeper Carson Koller still made 12 saves on the night. The Spartans managed just one shot on goal and it was stopped by Ripon's Gavin Dahlvig.

 

The Spartans open their home slate on Friday with a match against Kewaunee.
