On Monday, the Luxemburg-Casco golf team edged Freedom 214-217 in its first home meet.

 

Freedom's Kay Lee McClintock led the way with a score of 49, but they were followed closely by Luxemburg-Casco's Brielle Snowberry and Reese Bandow, who both shot a 52. Lauren Davister nearly joined the duo in second place, but still finished in the top 5 with a score of 53.

They are back in action today at Mid-Vallee Golf Course at 10 a.m. against Little Chute and Waupaca. Sturgeon Bay travels to Golden Sands Golf Course for 9 a.m. tee time to face some of its Bay Conference foes in Fox Valley Lutheran, New London, Oconto, Seymour, Shawano Community, Winneconne, and Xavier.
