The Luxemburg-Casco Spartans will host the Little Chute Mustangs on Tuesday night in the battle of the L-Cs with the rivalry trophy at stake.  The Mustangs are preseason favorites to challenge for the North Eastern Conference.

The Spartans (1-2, 1-4) want to bounce back from a five-point 57-52 road loss to the Clintonville Truckers Friday night.

Little Chute (2-0, 3-1 overall) is coming off a win over Wausau East 78-64 last Saturday.

Spartan Co-Coaches Matt Piesler and Mitchell Jandrin took over last week after Logan Vander Velden abruptly resigned.  

Coach Piesler says Little Chute will present a big challenge to his squad.

The broadcast on 104.1 WRLU is set for 6:45 p.m., with the pregame and tip-off at 7 p.m. on NEW Radio Sports Network.  Paul Schmitt and Eric Fischer will have the call from Luxemburg-Casco High School.
