Two Luxemburg-Casco cross country runners will head to Wisconsin Rapids for the WIAA State Meet after a successful afternoon at the sectional meet in Kiel.
The Spartans boys took sixth place overall with a score of 133, approximately 90 points behind first place Kohler. With a time of 16:24, Kyan Lynts earned his spot in the state field with a fourth-place finish. Claire DuChateau did one better, taking third place in the girls' race with a time of 19:26 to make the state championships field next week. The Spartans girls took fourth place overall with 126 points, 72 points off the pace of sectional champion Little Chute.
