In a North Eastern Conference soccer game at Marinette on Tuesday, the Luxemburg-Casco Spartans lost 4-1 to the Marines. 

 

After a scoreless first half, the Marines scored on a penalty kick to take a 1-0 lead. The Spartans came back to tie it up with a goal by Carson Hunsaker, but Marinette tallied the final three goals within an 11-minute stretch to win.

 

Quentin Massart had 13 saves in the net for the Spartans.

 

The Spartans will now compete at the Port Washington Invitational this Friday and Saturday.
