The Luxemburg-Casco cross country team will make the short drive to the Phoenix Alumni Cross Country Course on the campus of UW-Green Bay for Friday's NEC championships meet.

Clintonville, Denmark, Fox Valley Lutheran, Freedom, Little Chute, Marinette, Oconto Falls, Waupaca, and Wrightstown will also compete in the 5K races which begin at 3:30 p.m.

Kyan Lynts is the top returning male runner for the Spartans after he came in seventh place in last year's NEC meet. Hudson Thiry also posted a top-10 finish in the race to help lead the boys' squad. McKenna Rank is the top returning female runner as she nabbed a top 10 finish while breaking 22 minutes.
