The Luxemburg-Casco soccer team will try to build on its victory over Seymour on Friday with its match on Monday against Marinette at 4 p.m.

Johan Amador scored in the first half to give the Spartans a 1-0 lead they would carry into the second half. After the Thunder tied it up, Zak Patek put the Spartans back in front with a goal in the 68th minute, a tally that would prove to be the game-winner.

The Marines are skidding into the final weeks of the season, dropping their last three matches by a combined score of 12-1. That includes a 5-0 loss to Green Bay East in their last match.
