The road didn't phase the Luxemburg-Casco volleyball team on Thursday night, beating Wrightstown 3-1(25-8, 22-25, 25-21, 25-12).

The Spartans got off to a fast start before being edged out in the second set. They would go on to be on the other side of the equation in the third set before doubling up the Tigers in the fourth set.

Alayna Deprez led the way with 39 assists and 19 digs on the night with Payton Kaminski adding 25 digs on the night. Jillian Jorgensen, Isabel Baudhuin, and Jacinda Bennett all had 11 kills in the Spartans' victory.

Head coach Jeff Frey complimented the Tigers' play after the match for battling all night long. "It’s been a heck of a week for our team, we are happy to get the win.  I am extremely proud of our girls, battling through adversity to gut out this win."
