Spartans girls cross country finish tied for Valders Invite title

The Luxemburg-Casco girls cross country team finished with 70 points and tied for first place with Plymouth in Thursday's Valders Invitational.

 

Claire DuChateau came in 15 seconds behind Sturgeon Bay's Julia Kurek to come in second place overall with a time of 21:01.

 

Kyan Lynts paced the boys' squad with a time of 18:28 and a fifth-place finish to lead the Spartans to a third-place finish.
