The second inning doomed Luxemburg-Casco in their baseball game against Two Rivers on Thursday as they lost 4-3.

The Raiders scored all four of its runs in the second inning with Chase Kellner and Damien Gretz each recording two RBI knocks. The Spartans could only muster an unearned run against Raiders starter Gretz across five innings of work.

The Spartans will try again Friday when they play Marinette on the road. The Marines are winless in four tries on the year, coming up just short in their 6-5 loss to Clintonville last Saturday. First pitch is set for 4:30 p.m.
