For the third time in eight years, the Luxemburg-Casco wrestling team will have a chance at a team state title.

The Spartans enter the tournament at the UW-Madison Fieldhouse with a perfect 17-0 dual meet record, including wins against Freedom and Oconto Falls to capture the team sectional title. They are led by Max Ronsman, who captured his first state title while several of his other teams also came home from the Kohl Center with hardware.

At 10 a.m., the Spartans open the team state tournament against Winneconne, who are experiencing their second consecutive appearance in the team tournament after qualifying for the first time in 2021. Amery is making their second team tournament experience after winning it all in 2021. They will have a rematch of last year's championship dual when they wrestling against Prairie du Chein.

The winners of the two duals will wrestle against each other at 3 p.m.
