The third race this week still ended fruitful for the Luxemburg-Casco cross country teams at Valders on Thursday.

 

The girls had four runners finish in the top 20 to give the Spartans a fourth place finish with 90 points. Megan Vandermause led the way with a 22:27 5k time, which was good for 12th place overall. 

 

The boys snagged second place with 112 points, getting doubled up by Valders in the final team scores. Gabe Havel led the way again for the Spartans, running a 5K time of 18:11 to finish in ninth place. Spencer Thiry also posted a top 20 time with an 18:55.
