The Luxemburg-Casco Spartans continued their winning ways on the road Friday night with a dominating 49-0 shutout of the Winneconne Wolves in a non-conference game Friday night.  The Spartans (3-0) took advantage of early mistakes and turnovers by Winneconne and cruised to their third consecutive victory. 

Running Back Isaac VandenBush scored on runs of 1, 10, and 51 yards to open the scoring as the Spartans lead early in the second quarter 21-0. 

Max Ronsman got into the scoring act with a 34-yard touchdown reception from Owen Deprez and an impressive 50-yard interception return for a touchdown with 5:31 left in the half.  That score gave the Spartans a commanding 35-0 lead going into intermission. 

The second half went quickly with a continuous clock, but L-C did manage to tack on two more scores with a 25-yard touchdown run by VandenBush and a five-yard TD strike from Ronsman to Ryan Routhieaux.  VandenBush now has 11 touchdowns in the first three games, as the Spartans now move into their conference schedule next week with a road game at Wrightstown.
