Luxemburg-Casco would have a solid day with both their girls and boys track teams on Tuesday at the Luxemburg-Casco Northeastern Conference Quad. The girls team won in their division over Little Chute, Denmark, and Waupaca.
The Boys team would get second place behind Little Chute. The Spartans would place higher than Waupaca and Denmark.
Girls division recap
Gabby Wech placed second in the 100 meter dash while Alex Wech placed fourth. The two flipped when it came to placings in the 200 meter relay. Samantha Kahr also got third in the 100 meter, as the Spartans had places 2-4. In the 200 meter, the Spartans had places 2-5 as Grace Holschuh got third and Samantha Kahr got fifth. Holschuh placed first in the 400 meter dash. Madilyn Bevins and Megan Vandermause placed first and second in the 1600 meter run. They did the same for the 3200 meter run. Hannah Derenne would place first in the 300 meter hurdles with Grace Seering grabbing second place. Alexis and Kaitlyn Vogt got fourth and fifth place in the same race. Alexis Vogt also took second in the 100 meter hurdles, and was followed by Teddi Froelich.
The Spartans also put together winning relay teams, winning the 4x200, 4x400, and 4x800. Taylor Thiry won shot put, throwing 34’ 10”. Grace Van Pay came in third place, and Roseanna LeGrave came in fifth. Hannah Derenne and Autumn Flynn went top two in the high jump. In the triple jump, Holschuh, Derenne, and Flynn went top three.

Boys division recap
In individual running events, the Spartans had top two place-winners in six events. In the boys 110m hurdles, John Larson took first place. He also got second in the 300m hurdles. Bryce Ronsman would get the runner-up in both the 200 and 400m dash. Spencer Thiry got second place in the 1600 meter run and Gabe Havel would do the same in the 3200 meter. The Spartans took first in the 4x400 meter relay. Jack Roslin achieved second place in the high jump to highlight field events for the Spartans
