Luxemburg-Casco won their third game in a row on Monday when Rebecca Kroll and the Spartans defense would shut out Oconto Falls, 7-0. It has been two weeks since the Spartans last gave up a run, as they blanked both Waupaca and Clintonville last week. In all five of Luxemburg-Casco’s wins this season, they held their opponent to no runs. Oconto Falls would muster just two hits off of Kroll.

Lauren Adams was the leading hitter going 2/5 with a double and RBI. Other hitters getting RBI were Kenzie Hanson, Kylie Hanson, Emily Jandrin, and Josie Dorner.

Monday’s win brought the Spartans record to 5-2 overall. Their next game is on Tuesday when Little Chute comes to town. First pitch is scheduled for 4 PM.
