Several of state's top wrestlers will descend on Wrightstown Thursday night as the host team welcomes Luxemburg-Casco, Ashwaubenon, and Pulaski will meet for a quadrangular.

 

It is a battle of the top two teams in the NEC matchup as both Wrightstown and Luxemburg-Casco boast nine state-ranked wrestlers. For the Spartans it is Issac Jerabek (8th, 106), Easton Worachek (3rd, 113), Max Ronsman (5th, 132), Luke Shefchik (HM, 138), Hunter Joniaux (9th, 152), Isaac Blohowiak (8th, 160), Ryan Routhieaux (HM, 170), Kyle Kroll (9th, 220), and Travis Legrave (3rd, 285). The Tigers' ranked wrestlers include Everett Kolz, (12th, 106), Kaden Verbeten (9th, 132), 

Kaiden Koltz (1st, 138), Nick Alexander (9th, 145), Isaiah Pennenberg (12th, 152), Ethan VandeHey (HM, 160), Mason Rice (HM, 182), Logan Koel (9th, 195), and Quincy Klister (3rd, 220).

 

Ashwaubenon (Connor Ramage at 195 and Nathan Moynihan at 220)  and Pulaski (Ashton Kapla at 113 and Mason Wells at 195) each have two wrestlers ranked in Division 1. The Red Raiders did tip Bay Port a week ago 33-32, which was about a week after Bay Port beat Luxemburg-Casco in a quad meet.
