Freedom took the first three matches, but the Luxemburg-Casco wrestling came back strong to take the dual 44-20.

Starting at 160 pounds, Isaac Blohowiak and Ryan Routhieaux limited the damage by losing a pair of three-point decisions before Freedom doubled up the score when Patrick Moore pinned Isaac VandenBush in 3:22. The Spartans would take points in the next eight matches to build a lead they would not relinquish. Joseph Chervenka began to flip the script at 195 pounds when he earned a  8-2 decision over Freedom's Lucas VanGrinsven by forfeit. Travis LeGrave pinned Hayden VanCamp in under two minutes before the line flipped down to 106 pounder Isaac Jerabek, who earned at 21-6 technical fall.  Jake Jandrin (113 pounds) pinned Landon Wautier in under a minute :54. and Tyler Derenne did the same to Ben Wagner in under two minutes. With forfeits awarded to Kyle Kroll and Easton Worachek sprinkled in, Max Ronsman got the last win of the streak with a 5-0 decision over Carsten McHugh.  Tristan Thiry's 9-7 regular decision win over Jack VanRossum was sandwiched between a pair of major decisions earned by Freedom to end the evening.

The Spartans wrestle next week against Oconto Falls at 6:30 p.m.
