The Luxemburg-Casco Spartans will travel to Wrightstown in the North Eastern Conference football opening game on Friday night. The Spartans (1-0 overall) is coming off a big 41-15 victory over Waupaca last Friday. Wrightstown beat Denmark 42-6 on the road last week and look to use a powerful running game to turn back the Spartans. The game will be played at Wrightstown High School with limited spectators allowed with two fans per student-athlete. The Tigers will be celebrating Parents Night and Senior Night prior to the game. Matt Piesler and Paul Schmitt will have the call starting at 6:30 p.m. with the pregame show and kick-off set for 7 pm on 96.7FM WBDK. The game audio can also be streamed on NewRadioSports.com.
