The Luxemburg-Casco boys soccer team continued to roll as they beat Denmark 3-0. In a tight first half, the Spartans’ Anthony Patek was able to score off an assist from Nathan Johnson in the 10th minute to give LC a 1-0 lead. The Spartans were able to separate themselves from the Vikings with two goals in the second half. The first goal came from Nathan Johnson in the 50th minute. The second goal came from Derrick Davister off an Anthony Patek assist in the 83rd minute. The Spartan’s Garrett Zuleger recorded two saves while the Vikings’ Derrick Broerman recorded 11 saves.
Luxemburg-Casco’s next scheduled match is Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. when they host Wrightstown.
