The Luxemburg-Casco girls' basketball team will have to wait until Tuesday to do get their first win under the guidance of head coach Taylor Schmidt, losing Thursday night to Denmark 58-40.

The Spartans were able to get to the charity stripe however, going 12 for 17 compared to 8 for 13 for the Vikings. Pacing the Spartans in scoring were Taylor Thiry with 16 points and Cassie Flynn with 12.
