Storm boys keep streak going against the Pioneers

The Kewaunee Storm kept their season-long winning streak rolling on the road Thursday night, beating Sevastopol 77-65.

 

The Pioneers did their part to keep pace with Division 4's top squad. It was 39-30 Storm at the break with Diesel Bosdeck leading Kewaunee's attack with 11 points thanks a trio of three pointers while Sevastopol's Bo Tanck scored 10 of his own in the period. The Storm were able to shake loose from the Pioneers late in the game as they were able to double their six point lead over the final three minutes of the game.

 

Dane Harrell led the Storm with 22 points, 14 of which came after the break. He was complemented by 15 points from Evan Maccaux and 13 points from Avery Jerabek. Tanck ended his night with 22 points for the Pioneers with Cash Kuehn (13 points), Logan Schuh (12 points) and Damien Lardinois (10 points) also hitting double figures.

 

The Storm will host Gibraltar on Saturday while the Pioneers travel to Green Bay on Tuesday to face NEW Lutheran.
