In the full-court press for much of the first half, Kewaunee forced turnovers, converted on extra opportunities offensively and kept the Eagles off-balance in a big 69-21 win.
Kewaunee has been led through their offense all season allowing them to get into full-court pressure and cause havoc for opponents. The Eagles struggled with crisp passing and couldn't make opportunities when they found them.
It was a big 50-13 lead at halftime and both teams slowed down in the second as Kewaunee controlled the pace.
The Storm are in the home stretch looking to secure at least a share of the Packerland Conference title. They'll take on Sturgeon Bay this Friday and the second place Algoma Wolves Feb 16 in a key matchup at 7 p.m.
Southern Door will face N.E.W. Lutheran Friday at 7 p.m. on the road.
