Eagles boys break skid vs. Wolverines

The Southern Door Eagles boys basketball team snapped a six-game skid Monday night in a big way, beating Crivitz 64-43.

Lauden Berg ensured there would be a happy bus ride home, scoring 19 of his game-high 27 points in the first half to help the Eagles build a 29-20 halftime lead. Southern Door pulled away even further in the second half, outscoring the Wolverines 35-23 with four 3-pointers and a converted three-point play at the line.

In addition to Berg’s 27 points, the Eagles received nine points from Dawson Schwartz and seven from Eli Jadin. Crivitz was led by Pierce Polomis with nine points, while Colton Arpke added eight.
