Storm use 14-point second-half run to down Chiefs

In rare fashion this season, Kewaunee trailed Shiocton after the first half of play. The Storm struggled to convert consistently after forced turnovers and allowed the Chiefs to keep things close including holding the lead countless times.

The start of the second half was much of the same, both teams exchanged the lead on almost every possession it seemed. That was until Kewaunee broke a 14-0 run that was broken up by two timeouts from Schiocton over the span of 4 minutes.

From there, the Storm never lost control and used their second half momentum to seal the victory. Kewaunee overcame the one point half time deficit and dominated the final 10 minutes for a 78-54 win over the Chiefs.

The Storm have home-court advantage battling Kiel Thursday at 7 p.m.
