The Gibraltar girls’ basketball team hosts the Kewaunee Storm on Saturday. The Storm sit atop the Packerland Conference with a 6-0 conference record, while the Vikings are in sixth place at 2-5 in conference play.

The Storm are looking to bounce back from their first loss in the past 10 games, a 54-49 setback to Shawano. This season, Kewaunee has been led by Jade Kroll, who is averaging 21.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 3.1 steals per game. Gabby Stangel is averaging 10.2 points, 2.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 3.3 steals per game.

The Vikings are looking to build off a 69-11 victory over Stockbridge. The scoring effort was spread throughout the offense, led by Azucena Jauregui with 12 points. Celeste Jauregui added 11 points, while Josie Martin and Megan Schar chipped in 10 points apiece. Defensively, Celeste Jauregui and Schar each recorded six steals, while Ella Clark and Azucena Jauregui added five steals each.
