Storm baseball edged by Vikings

Valders scored twice in the bottom of the seventh inning to sneak past Kewaunee on the baseball diamond Friday evening 2-1.

The lone run for the Storm came in the top of the fourth inning when Brett Paulsen used his legs to steal two bases before scoring on an error. The Vikings walked off the Storm thanks to a RBI single by Parker Vallesky off of pitcher Noah Hudson, who went 6 1/3 innings allowing two runs (2 ER) on three hits while striking out three. Hudson did what he could to help his cause, registering two of Kewaunee's three hits.
