The #3 Kewaunee Storm will host a regional semi-final on Tuesday as they take on the #6 St. Mary’s Catholic Zephyrs in Division 3 WIAA baseball tournament action.

 

The Storm (17-5) tied for the Packerland Conference Title with Algoma and Gibraltar when the Vikings beat Kewaunee 4-3 in 11 innings last Thursday in the completion of a suspended regular-season game earlier this year.  Kewaunee then won an exhibition game 4-2 over Gibraltar to finish off the regular season.

 

St. Mary’s Catholic (15-7) advanced in the tournament last Thursday with a 19-0 drubbing of the Valders Vikings.

 

The pregame show will start at 4:15 p.m. from Kewaunee High School on 104.1 WRLU with the first pitch set for 4:30 p.m.  Paul Schmitt and Henry Annen will have the call of the game which will also be streamed on NewRadioSportsNetwork.com.
