The Kewaunee Storm will host the Sturgeon Bay Clippers on Saturday in a key Packerland Conference baseball doubleheader at Memorial Field in Kewaunee.
The Storm (10-3, 14-4 overall) are coming off a 10-0 and 15-1 thumping of NEW Lutheran/Providence on Monday in doubleheader action, while Sturgeon Bay (9-5, 13-10 overall) swept away Sevastopol 10-8 and 13-0.
Kewaunee can clinch at least a share of the Packerland Conference with the Algoma Wolves (12-4) if they sweep Sturgeon Bay with a suspended game with Gibraltar still possibly looming.
Pregame for the first game will begin at 4:45 p.m. Friday with the first pitch set for 5 p.m. on 104.1 WRLU. The second game will start about 15 minutes after the opener with both games on-air and streamed on New Radio Sports Network. Paul Schmitt and Henry Annen will have the call from the Memorial Field in Kewaunee.
