The Kewaunee Storm softball team lost a pair of games on Saturday, falling 10-0 to Oconto Falls and 4-2 to Denmark.
In their matchup against the Panthers, the Storm kept it close until they gave up at least two runs in three straight innings including four in the fourth. Jenna Rohr took the loss from the circle for the Storm, allowing seven runs (6 ER) on eight hits while striking out six across four innings. Four players accounted for the teams five hits, including two from Maddy Reckelberg.
In game two, the Storm gave up three runs in the first inning and chased the Vikings the rest of the way. They would score two runs in the seventh inning thanks to a two run single from Breanna Riha, but they would get no closer. Braelyn Chevalier and Cora Schlies each collected two hits and four others registered at least one. Ali Repitz took the loss, giving four runs (4 ER) despite allowing 10 hits in the process.
