Storm baseball powers past Panthers

The Kewaunee Storm put up crooked numbers in three innings to spring past Reedsville 9-4 in Saturday baseball action.

The Storm jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first inning and led 7-1 before they traded runs in the sixth inning.

Ethan Paplham and Waylon Delain each had two hits, but Conor Kilgore's bases-clearing double in the fourth inning offered the game's biggest blow. Micah Vanness drove in two runs while Delain, Brett Paulsen, and Brady Pribek registered one RBI.

Ayden Smidle collected the win for the Storm, allowing four runs (2 ER) while scattering six hits and striking out four across six innings.
