Kewaunee and Gibraltar will open their Packerland Conference schedules against each other on Thursday night.

The Storm narrowly lost to Manitowoc Lutheran 60-56 in their season opener. Thomas Stangel was the top scorer for the Storm with 33 points. Braxton Riha (9 points), Christopher Cullen (6 points), Jerabek (6 points), and Connor Kilgore (2 points) also contributed to the cause in the loss.

The Vikings showed the need for a second scoring option on Monday night as they lost to Gillett 60-36. Braden Sitte was the offense for the Vikings, scoring 12 of his team-high 20 points in the first half. Jeffrey Mize scored seven points, and Kayin Jackson added five points in the Vikings' loss. Head coach Travis Ward said it was a role reversal from when the two teams faced each other when the senior-laden Vikings rolled the young Tigers on their way to state.

Tip-off in Kewaunee is set for 7:30 p.m.
