Second-half outburst leads Storm girls past Wolves

Being down by four at the break was all the motivation the Kewaunee Storm girls' basketball team needed to secure a big 62-52 win over rival Algoma Saturday night.

Jade Kroll led the comeback for the Storm, scoring 22 of her game-high 31 points that saw them eliminate a four-point halftime deficit with a 35-21 second half. Brianna Demmin scored eight points and two others registered seven points for the Storm.

Ryley Zimmerman scored 17 points and Emily Kirchman chipped in 10 points in the loss.
