Miller secures state bid for cross country

Freshman Hannah Miller is heading to her first state meet in cross country after an impressive performance at the Manitowoc Lutheran sectional.

 

Miller finished the 5K race in fifth place with a time of 20:42, which qualified her for the state meet as an individual qualifier. The Storm girls scored 290 points, good for ninth overall.

The boys' team scored 218 points to finish in seventh place overall. Christopher Cullen led the way with an 18th-place finish and a 5K time of 18:31.
