The Kewaunee girls’ basketball team was on the road on Tuesday night to take on the Peshtigo Bulldogs in Packerland Conference play. 

Both teams were playing quality basketball which made this contest a battle to the final buzzer, but at the end it was Kewaunee who would escape with a 6 point victory on the road by a score of 48-42. Kewaunee closes the gap between themselves and Peshtigo for second place in the Packerland and is looking to keep up their winning ways as the end of the season draws closer. 

Kewaunee will be in action again on Friday as they host Sevastopol in conference play.
