The Kewaunee Storm cross country teams will get their first action of the season on Tuesday when they travel to Green Bay's Colburn Park to take on Green Bay East and Sturgeon Bay.

The Storm had a successful 2019 campaign with the boys team tying Peshtigo for first place and the girls winning the Packerland outright at the conference meet hosted at Gibraltar. Top possible returning runners for the boys are a pair of juniors: Cameron Cullen and Jacob Schleis. They both broke 19 minutes on the 5k course in Two Rivers. The girls possibly return their three top runners from last year: Natalie Pansier, Elena Lewis, and Elizabeth Lamack. All three broke 24 minutes in the sectional meet last year as well.

The races are expected to start at 4 p.m.
