The Gibraltar cross country team faced tough preparations in its final test before Tuesday's Packerland Conference Championships at UW-Green Bay with races at the Brillion Invitational.
The course offered no personal records, but strong outings by the Vikings' runners. On the boys' side, Graham De Voe paced the Vikings with a time of 19:02 on the 5K course, which was good enough for 28th place. Luke McCormack and Auden Palm broke 21 minutes to finish in the Top 60. On the girls' side, Keegan Rasmusson and Olivia Pelkey ran together to finish in 65th and 66th, respectively, while breaking 27 minutes.
