The Gibraltar cross country team heads to Deer Run Golf Course in Brillion for its next invitational on Thursday. 

The Vikings let a different Door County school handle the hosting duties on Thursday when it traveled to Sturgeon Bay for the Pioneer Invite. For the girls, Keegan Rasmusson posted a Top 30 time of 25:58 to sneak under 26 minutes on the 5K course. For the boys, Graham De Voe led the charge once again with a time of 18:19 to finish in 10th place. Auden Palm cracked the Top 10 with a time of 19:35, while Mylo Sherman, Will Bertges, and Erik Wolfe all ran personal bests.

The host Lions, Providence Academy, Hilbert, Manitowoc Lincoln, and Hilbert will be among the more than a dozen schools running when the first races start at 4 p.m.
