You have an extra incentive to attend the Gibraltar Area Schools Open House on Tuesday when the Vikings volleyball team welcomes Providence Academy for a 7 p.m. first serve.

 

In their last action, the Vikings lost to Sturgeon Bay 25-18, 24-26, 25-13, and 25-16. The Vikings were led by Ella Clarke (8 kills, 3 aces, 3 blocks), Isla Fagundes (22 assists, 3 aces, 7 digs), Ema Collak (8 kills), and Azucena Jauregui (4 kills, 12 digs).

 

The Paladins are 2-13 on the season, but recently posted a 3-0 sweep of Green Bay West.

 

The match is part of a larger open house event going on at the school to celebrate the completion of its capital referendum projects, which include its new competition gym. The open house begins at 5 p.m., and the match starts at 7:30 p.m.
