One of the few hockey players to come out of Door County is taking his talents to the next level.
Gibraltar's Jameson Tepe has signed on to play hockey next season for the U18 AAA squad South Shore Kings.
Tepe will forgo his senior season with the Green Bay Gryphons to complete the move. He helped lead the Gryphons to a state title game appearance last season. Based in Foxboro, Massachusetts, the South Shore Kings is led by by Head Coach Tyler Sullivan and Assistant Coach Mike Esposito and provides a structured, competitive environment designed to prepare players for the next level of hockey. The program has produced over 30 pro players in its history, including Noah Hanifin of the Stanley Cup runner-up Vegas Golden Knights.
