The Gibraltar Vikings girls basketball team saw its losing skid hit three on Saturday with a 63-24 loss to Wabeno-Laona. 

Behind a 17-point performance from Brynn Yaeger, the Rebels never looked back after outscoring the Vikings 38-12 in the first half. They went on to outscore the Vikings in the second half 25-12. Three other Rebels players scored at least seven points in their victory over the Vikings.

The Vikings are back in action on Tuesday when they host Sevastopol. Tim Kowols will have the call from Fish Creek beginning at 5:45 p.m. followed by the tip-off at 6 p.m.
