The Gibraltar girls basketball team had no answer for NEW Lutheran's Ingrid Beaumont and Lexi Meerstein in a 67-36 loss Friday night.

The Blazers duo made a combined 18 shots from the field as Beaumont registered 22 points and Meerstein added 21 points in the win. The Blazers never looked back after they took a 35-18 lead into the break.

The Vikings were led by Megan Schar's 22 points on the night, 12 of which came from behind the arc. Mikala Gorham contributed nine points in the Vikings' loss.
