Another Gibraltar/Washington Island baseball player will extend his career in De Pere after school announced that catcher Brady Kita has committed to St. Norbert College.

The school has started its annual posting of seniors' post-secondary school plans on its Facebook page, landing on Kita this week. In addition to playing baseball for the Knights, Kita will major in Accounting and Business Management. Coming off another leg injury suffered during the football season was named to the All-Packerland Conference baseball team and recognized as the  Division 4 North East District Player of the Year.

Kita will follow in the footsteps of former Vikings and current Knights players Trevor Reinhardt and Luke Steebs.
