Two Packerland rivals will try to re-enter the win column on Tuesday night when Gibraltar visits Sturgeon Bay.
The Vikings saw their Packerland Conference losing streak extend to two games on Friday with a 74-37 loss to Southern Door. After Liam Lindenberg hit five three-pointers in the first half, the Vikings' offensive faucet was turned off for much of the game. Aaron Brey, Kayin Jackson, Luke Rericha, Braden Kita, and Marco Jauregui all had three points to go along with Lindenberg's 15 points.
The Clippers saw their chances to flip a 54-49 loss to Algoma in their favor disappear at the free throw line in their last game. They shot a combined 2-10 from the charity stripe. Jackson Star went 2 for 7 from the free-throw line, scoring his team's second-highest 12 points, trailing Ben Ash, who finished with 13. The Clippers and Vikings are part of a four-team log jam in the middle of the Packerland Conference with two wins.
Tim Kowols will have the call on 105.1 The GOAT and NEWRadioSportsNetwork.com beginning at 6:45 p.m. with the pregame show followed by the opening tip at 7 p.m.
