The Gibraltar boys basketball team will search for their second win in a row and its first at home this season when they welcome Oconto to Fish Creek Friday night.
The Vikings fought tooth and nail to get their first win on Tuesday night, beating NEW Lutheran 69-67 in overtime. Marco Jauregui led the team with 22 points as one of four Vikings players reached double figures. The game was in doubt until Kayin Jackson converted on a contested layup with 0.9 seconds to end his night with 16 points and the team's 0-3 start.
The Blue Devils are 2-2 on the season after losing their last game to Algoma 61-54. Carter Koch remains an offensive force for the Blue Devils, averaging a double-double on the season with 21 points and 11 rebounds to go with his six assists a game.
