#6 Gibraltar/Sevastopol United lost 4-0 to Packerland Conference rivals the #2 seed Sturgeon Bay Clippers in a Sectional semifinal game on Thursday, October 31. The loss brings an end to the 2024 United campaign.
The 2024 season was one with tremendous growth for the United program, with significant highlights:
- United varsity recorded a final tally of 11-4 for the regular season
- 10-2 and second place in the Packerland Conference
- A 3-3 record in tournament matches for the year
- First WIAA Boys Soccer Division 4 Regional Championship since 2010
- A thrilling overtime and shootout win against #3 Amherst in the Regional final
- Eight players were named to the Packerland Conference 2024 All-Conference Team
