The Gibraltar Lady Vikings took advantage of Sturgeon Bay's early foul trouble to beat Sturgeon Bay Friday afternoon 52-40.

The game featured a scoring showdown between the Vikings' Andie Schar and the Clippers' Dasha Yeltysheva. Schar scored 11 of her team-high 20 points in the first half while knocking down three of the team's seven made free throws. On the day, Anna Jarosh added 12 points and Mikala Gorham contributed 10 points.

Yeltasheva made sure the Clippers didn't go down without a fight as she helped cut a 30-17 deficit before the lead ballooned back out. She scored a career high 31 points in the loss.
