The Gibraltar Vikings could not overcome the NEW Lutheran Blazers Tuesday night at home, despite the big night by Braeden Sitte, falling 61-51.
The Vikings stayed close until half as the Blazers hit a three-pointer at the buzzer to take a 30-28 lead into intermission.
The Blazers would outscore the Vikings 31-23 in the second half to come away with the Packerland Conference win.
Sitte scored early and often finished with a game-high 34 points, while the Blazers were led by Sam Hillman, who tallied 22 points.
