The Gibraltar cross country will look ahead to next weekend's sectional meet at Manitowoc Lutheran after finishing Thursday's Packerland Conference championships on Thursday.

 

The Vikings accomplished a rare feat among competing teams with five of its six competing earning either a personal record or season best time on the hilly 5K course. Neither squad had enough qualified runners to earn points. Logan Mittermann's season-best time of 19:54 was enough to finish in the top 15 to pace the Vikings. Helen McCormack covered the course in 24:01 to come in the top 24.
